    The Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager position responsibilities are:

    • Driving our eCommerce platforms
    • Planning, writing for, and maintaining, our social media presence and interactions on various networks
    • Creating and executing email nurture campaigns along with various marketing automation projects
    • Working with our internal and external writers and designers to produce content for programs and digital outlets
    • Working closely with sales and business development teams to determine marketing strategies to better enable our teams to create and close deals

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Working knowledge of web design principles and best practices
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite of tools
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Working knowledge of Apple’s Numbers, Pages, Keynote, iMovie, Final Cut Pro
    • Solid understanding of social media, PPC, SEO, and SEM
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated sales and digital marketing strategies
    • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics

    Weber Supply is currently seeking a Sales Representative for our Branch in Barrie.

    The Sales Representative position responsibilities are:

    • Secure accounts with new and existing customers
    • Address customer, vendor, and inside sales representative’s calls and concerns
    • Recommend products for specific applications
    • Handle customer complaints and concerns
    • Enter/communicate orders to inside sales team via email, fax, mail, phone, E.D.I., POINT app and online ordering
    • Handle customer complaints and concerns
    • Facilitate beneficial solutions for all parties
    • Present applicable product solutions to customer base
    • Maintain knowledge level on product lines by attending a variety of training sessions
    • Provide appropriate SDSs where and when necessary
    • Work with the team in shipping to expedite rush orders and provide delivery information to customers
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma/GED
    • Experience in industrial MRO, OHE safety, and facility services is preferred
    • Willingness to learn new skills

    The Warehouse Clerk position responsibilities are:

    • Receives product efficiently and accurately via a wireless handheld device
    • Organizes products using predetermined zones
    • Places products into zones using a dolly or pallet jack
    • Conducts daily cycle count of inventory as per reports
    • Picks stock from zone locations to complete orders for customers
    • Confirms number of items picked into inventory system using a handheld device
    • Ensures product is packed in containers efficiently and safely
    • Builds skids to be sent to customers
    • Communicates daily progress to Warehouse Managers/District Sales Managers
    • Observes safety regulations i.e. working in a safe manner and wearing the required safety attire at all times
    • Maintains good housekeeping including reports of any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions
    • Other duties as assigned

    • High School diploma/GED
    • WHMIS and Safe Lifting knowledge is preferred

    Physical/Mental Demands

    • Regularly lift/move objects that range from 10-50 lbs
    • Frequently standing, walking, crouching, climbing, carrying, pushing and pulling of skids via a pump truck and products via a dolly
    • Capable of learning new skills and transferring that knowledge immediately and accurately
